Most times when you get a guest post, you aren’t getting it on the page they are advertising the metrics for. And since a domain in itself doesn’t have authority, unless you get your link on the homepage, the Guest Post is most likely worth $0 because there are no incoming links to the page they put your post on. Be sure they are linking to it or it is going on the home page for a while.
